Online Purchase Refund and Returns Policy for Young & Radiant Med Spa

At Young & Radiant Med Spa, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy offers you a window of 30 days to initiate a return or refund. Once this 30-day period has passed, we regret that we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange under any circumstances.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in the exact condition in which you originally received it. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original packaging, ensuring that all packaging materials, labels, and documentation are intact and unaltered.

It is important to note that certain items are excluded from our return policy due to their nature or safety requirements. These include:

  • Perishable goods: This includes items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Non-returnable products: Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items that are labeled as non-returnable.

To complete your return request, you will need to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Without this documentation, we cannot process your return. Please also note that items should not be sent back to the pharmacy under any circumstances.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your return. Following this, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied based on our inspection.

For approved refunds, the process will be initiated immediately. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment—such as your credit card—within a specified time frame. The processing duration may vary depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account to ensure the funds haven’t been posted.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially reflected in your account.
  3. Reach out to your bank to inquire about processing times on their end.

Sale Items

Please note that only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or promotional discounts cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible to receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once your return is processed, we will mail a gift certificate to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during the purchase process, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver. They will subsequently be informed of your return.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • You are responsible for covering the shipping fees for returning your item.

For temperature-sensitive items, such as medications requiring dry ice shipping, ensure that the item is returned using the same method to maintain its integrity.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For high-value items, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Young & Radiant Med Spa does not guarantee the receipt of your returned items without proper tracking or insurance.
